The ordered goods will be delivered after full payment has been received.
We only offer insured shipping for our premium stationery. We ship with Deutsche Post or DHL.

We only ship to the countries listed below (Germany, EU member states, Europe outside the EU, and the USA). If you would like your order to be shipped to another country, please send us an email at info@feinsein.eu and let us know the items you would like to order, the quantity, and the complete delivery address. We will send you the shipping details as soon as possible.

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods—for example, due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers—we will inform you immediately.
